c. Pricing

Cancellation and Refund Policy

- 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees
- 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
- 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund

Travel Documentation

- Weather-related disruptions or natural disasters
- Personal injury, loss, or theft during travel

- Force majeure events beyond our control

In such cases, we will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives of equal or greater value. If significant changes occur before departure, you may be offered the option to cancel with a full refund.
